- BServices provides reliable and professional services. In order to
keep our level of commitment to our customers, we must provide a
reliable and lawful system environment.

- Spamming
Spamming consists of sending large amount of e-mail to unwilling users
without their consent or willingness to participate. Spamming of any
type is strictly prohibited. Using BServices resources to propagate spam
will result in termination of any or all accounts related to the
offense, without notice or refund. B-Services reserves the right to
seek damages from such activities. BServices considers all e-mail
addresses of its company and clients companies to be copyright
material and thus may not be sold, shared, harvested or propagated in
any way. Use of these e-mail addresses are strictly prohibited without
written consent of BServices.

- Hacking
- Hacking in any form (i.e. breaking
and entering for profit, fun or to examine weakness in systems,
without proper authorization or any acts of controlling a device or
attempting to control a device that you do not own or have proper
permission or access to) will not be permitted on our systems in
whole or part within or organization including but not limited to
our affiliates, partner or client sites and systems. While the
exploration for knowledge and, or weakness on systems, is a worthy
endeavor, please seek legal means to secure such knowledge. Also
note, the federal government owns and controls the aspects of the
internet all "hacking in to systems" using the internet, phone or
mail system automatically becomes a federal crime, and is
investigated by the FBI.

- Hate or Illegal Sites
BServices
does not host Hate, Illegal or Scam web sites. Web sites used
to propagate this material will lead to account termination without
notice and without refund.
- BServices is not responsible for any
lost due to such activates.
- Termination
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed will result in
grounds for account suspension or de-activation. BServices reserves
the right to remove any account without prior notice. If BServices
deactivates your account for violating policy, you will forfeit your
rights to a refund. No refunds for advance payments, on
de-activated accounts. Normal policy is a warning first, and account
de-activation the second offense. Serious offenses may cause immediate
de-activation. BServices reserves the right to seek damages from such
activities.
- Payments
All payments must be in U.S. Dollars. If your check is returned by the
bank as unpaid for any reason, you will be liable for a "returned
check" charge of US $25.00. All charges payable by you for the
services shall be in accordance with the scale of charges and rates
published from time to time by us on our web site and shall be due and
payable in advance of our service.

B-Services reserves the right to change or modify its polices or
Prices without notice. While we will try to notify all users and
